I highly doubt it happened, because bitcoin is however the world's first crypto so I do not think anyone will be able to compete in spite of any coin like eth though.
2019 is still too fast for ETH to rival bitcoin prices because bitcoin will still be superior for the next few years, but if bitcoin capacity diminishes or can be reduced by mining and prices it will be very likely that investors will move on the ETH and most likely the price ETH can rise significantly.
