Well, it doesn’t matter who suggest an ico. Any community member may suggest a project or an ICOs team member may fill in the form on the zvrating.com if they want their project to be rated .
Anyway, rating couldn’t be paid like icobench or any other closed to public rating. There is only one way when ico could pay for - to do rating faster ( instead of weekend rating). And received funds will be distributed through those community members who participated in voting.
And there are additional plans that will be provided by an experts team, but they will not influence on community rating.
