IDAX support is non existent!


The live chat support is a lie.   It says I'm in queue position number 4.   It's been 12 hrs!!!!! and still in number 4.   

Put in a support email......2 days no reply.   What kind of exchange is IDAX?  I've never heard of them up to this point.
