being honest with you, I must tell you that it is not an easy task to be a manager, you have to be a responsible person and you have a full idea of how the forum works... you should be able to say that forum sections can produce result X if you allow campaign members to post to this section. You need to know the rules of the forum. You need to know how to identify Alt account. you need to be patient because you can be sure that you will receive dozens of PM per day and only to ask questions that you have already posted to the signature campaign thread. So where should you start? watch the other managers, spend hours reading the rules of the forum and create your own idea and rules of how to manage your campaign.
