I later came to know that asking someone for merit is prohibited.
You see, you would have known that had you been anything other than a bounty hunter who doesn't really care about discussion here.  It's been talked about endlessly that merit begging is frowned upon, especially via PM.  The last thread I posted in about that was only within the last 3 days I think.  There's no excuse that you didn't know that your action would result in a negative.

In addition, your warning is going to be ineffective.  Why?  Because, just like you, people who beg for merit tend not to read anything in Meta and won't see it.  You yourself would have missed such a warning--in fact, you DID miss everything that would have warned you not to beg for merits.  It's your fault, so own up to it.

I admit its my mistake, and I also justify my mistake that often new members are prone to make this mistake because there are so many sub-forums and sub-sub-forums but that way they will learn, what's allowed and what's not.  To grow as a good "Bitcointalkers" is a process, not every new member enters into BT with learning of all rules.  They will make mistakes and learn and realize, but those who wants to improve and admits their mistake and admit would not repeat, should be encouraged.  They should be punished and also rewarded, but should not be let him live his whole life in bitcointalk with "red warning" status.

If I am here for only bounty then I would have made another BT account, and its just a Jr. member level, which can be achieved in just two weeks.  But I am here to be part of community, learn from community who is here since 2011, and grow with community with my original identity.  And also I would like to request the seniors in the forum to not treat all new members like bounty hunters many of them are here to be a part of community, and the new and fresh energy they can bring can be quite useful too.
