Maybe moving some % of BTC into ETH is a good diversification strategy, while it's cheap?

All of the coins are cheap or very low for now. Well, i guess by moving it maybe a good strategy to gain more if eth price rise anytime but remember that btc will also be rise anytime.

You are right. It looks like they will rise a lot later.

ETH is proven to be a real and a strong coin, so if bitcoin will rise then ETH will rise as well.
The market is still dominated by bitcoin and ETH is holding the 2nd position so let us not worry with the price going down because it will rebound.
