The long time vision of almost all ICO projects' main aim is to provide solutions to some of the problems facing humanity in the area of health, education etc. Despite this main motive of most projects, most tokens end up at the exchanges for only trading without being used for their intended purposes.
Wrong, their main aim is to make a profit.
This is also one of the reason why more than 90% of them fail. They start out as a project with very ambitious goals to change the world, but that is quickly forgotten, when the money starts rolling in. Many of them are blatantly scamming people and the whole, changing the world thing is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Let's just face it... only a very small percentage of them will change the world.
