yes, we are waiting for a next turn in August - September. no need panic sale. 
It seems like this year is not necessarily the same as the previous year, if the usual increase happens in August, but I'm sure August market will be like this, up and down but not significant, though I agree that the end of the year all altcoins price will improve.
