I've checked your suggestion, but is there any way to import my seed?, i can't see any way to do it, it just asks for a file to restore. 
It's not possible.Not an app, but you can use Blockonomics[1] to receive email notifications every time you send/receive Bitcoins from your watched wallet. That's what I use.
