It is not the fork that needs money, but it is actually the forking on Cryptobridge. They need a fee for let the fork will be automatic , and then also the fork will be listed on cryptobridge. If not, they will need to make a new coin, and then the price of listing will be higher.
If it is only about the money the shouldn't do it because these projects can only thrive if you have good intentions.
