Sounds like you get at least the ID of the person who got the money from WU and with that you can file a charge.

I have never heard of a money order sorry for my ignorance. What I understand is that I don't think I will be able to get a refund because I didn't pay him through a money order it was through my visacard through WU. Should I still in the form and cross my fingers?
