What real value's on your mind? The value of bitcoin has been there and you might misunderstood value to price, they are different just to inform you. After 2 years, $20,000 is going to be the bottom or we will not going to see it anymore because the high's will be too far from that price. Just imagine what will be the events that will come and halving will commence by that year.
