As a side note, the clause "All refunds will be refunded in dollars and you can refund up to shipment" - you won't find any mention of refunds in any newsletters or marketing email for *any* knobtune batch. It's all been very carefully thought out. That statement was only on the product page, which is taken down immediately when they have sold. If it's not there, it never existed, right?  Tongue

So there is no record anywhere on the KNC website for Knobtune orders which mentions "All refunds will be refunded in dollars and you can refund up to shipment". Good luck holding them to a claim that does not exist. They've got very good by now at removing anything incriminating from their website, so it's that much harder to provide evidence to credit card companies/lawyers.

But back to the main point - delivery. The knc t&c's:
8.1  ...... The delivery date is provided for information purposes only and shall not be binding on KnCMiner. The Purchaser is not entitled to refuse acceptance of the Products, withdraw, cancel or revoke the order or make claims for compensation due to any delayed delivery.

Q2 is only for information purposes!  Grin

Hashfast now have a working chip. It'll just be refinements and products coming off the assembly line for 3 months solid. I dont know anything about Hashfast, but it seems like all they have to do it keep building something they now have working - shouldn't be that hard. So I see no reason at all for them not to deliver on or before March 31.

KNC are never going to ship on or before March 31...

I've decided to ask for a refund on one of the three Neptunes I have on order in the hopes of buying more Jupiters if they go on sale again. I'll let everyone know if/when I get my refund and if KnC gives me any trouble.

I agree with you about March 31st being unrealistic. I'm hoping they deliver by April 31st and most of my estimates reflect that. What I can tell you is that I'd much rather have an untested beta product in April than a fully tested device in June.
