Hello

In versions 1.0.17 & 1.0.17.1 after the opening the wallet,  in synchronization after about 1 minute I have a bug:
Assertion failed!
File: wallet/wallet.cpp line 838
Expression nWitnessCashsize > 0

Accordingly, the wallet is not synchronized.

In version 1.0.15 it was alright.
Please fix. THX.
