I dont think the price of pennies will go up ten billion times if you divide it by ten billion. Then 1 pennie would have to be worth 350 btc... Dividing the coins will just make current owners mad and lose more money. There was plenty of time to sell for 0.00000001 xpm, its not that this stake issue is brand new.
