so will the wallet be available at start or as always no wallet until nobody needs it?)
I would be shocked if the wallets weren't up at launch time.
Latest from twitter suggests there are no wallets at launch :
"The source will be released at 1PM, if you are handy with compiling source you can have a wallet immediately at launch."
