Couple of DNS servers were hijacked to resolve http://myetherwallet.com users to be redirected to a phishing site. This is not on @myetherwallet side, we are in the process of verifying which servers to get it resolved asap.
The best place to store any crypto currency will be a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano or Trezor . If you want to be more safe then buy two ledger nano S and save them in two different locations so that in-case there are any natural calamities you can still have your back up copy
