In October your mighty boss ken slaughter is telling people that the shopping cart has accurate shipping dates. Some weeks later, he says it has accurate shipping quotes again, still two months out. Nowhere are people told that they won't be getting their shipments. In fact, the post you quoted says that shipments have already started. Where is the proof of that? Where are all those customers?
