WORLD CUP WINNER PROMO?

Hi,  i'm pretty sure that i had a bet on France to be champion, and thanks, i received 1,5 mbtc free bet for each winning, but now i can't see my main bet; also didn't receive the last free bet (i assume this one will be credited eventually) . But helpdesk couldn't answer this question;

          - if i don't have a bet on championship, how did i receive free bet for each france winning?
          - if i have a bet on france to become champion, where's my money
