The 4th dimension cannot be time, much like we as humans are unable to see in 0-2, 4-∞ dimensions and by this extension cannot have a 4th dimension within our universe; it is entirely 3rd dimension. Everything is made from 3 dimensional objects called atoms.
The construct of time is purely human, which lends itself to the perception of a beginning and why many people believe in creationism. Without time there will not be a beginning or an ending.
