my question how to i know max GPU intensity? any tools there?

so far i just tested with my old rig
CPU AMD A8 7800 : 45-55 H/s (4 threads)
GPU ICooler R7 240 2GB : 150-160 H/s (2 threads)

maybe i can run with higher hash?
