It is possible yes. But the problem is it takes much time to participate at every airdrop and not every coin has a future 
If you do 10-15 airdrop projects & 5 bounty projects (Good Project) per day , may be only 10 of them may get listed on exchanges but, after 1 month,2month,.. you can earn 200$-500$/month . If you do a lot of projects you can make a lot of money.
