What our tokenized real estate investment fund will do is acquire properties that are undervalued or need some fixing to bring to the highest income potential and we will either hold, fix and flip or hold notes on the properties. After the first 12-18 months when we can show the first years income produced by all the properties we have invested in we will then distribute dividends to all of the investors based on the how many shares you have in the fund.
