I wanted to do something similar today as well, but didn't had the time.
What I wanna see is a register with ALL aliases. (Make Sections with A, B, C, D, ...) Also I wanna see a searchengine like your GO box. But I would like to enter some string and it will show me all aliases which contain this string. (URI AND Aliasname)

For letters (or any starting string):

You can also do "nxt" for aliases starting with "nxt" (or other phrase): http://22k.io/-nxt
To search alias names for "nxt" in them: http://22k.io/-search?q=nxt
To search URIS for "google": http://22k.io/-search-uri?q=google
I'll figure out how to add to UI later. There's also a weird case sensitivity bug in sorting that i'll work on tomorrow.
