Horrendous service with Bitstamp. I sent a 300dpi scan of my driver's license, front/back. Rejected because they require 300dpi. Sent a 500dpi. Rejected because they require 300dpi. I don't get it and I'm done with them. Verification with Coinbase took me less than 10 minutes. I submitted a ticket with support at Bitstamp with the exact files I sent for verification asking them exactly what was wrong with either file.
