It takes more than just Thinking to quit gambling. Gambling is an addiction hard to give up, you must think of the right reasons, reasons that really motivates you to give it up otherwise, it will be in vain.

Exactly, motivation to give up and never play again. In my own experience, i've quitted in gambling and I didn't care about gambling but it only lasted in a few months after I've played once, back to the same me again.

That's because there is no other place where you can multiply money like casinos. Some people makes big fortune from it others ends up being losers. It's all about luck and greed.

Playing gambling is a complete suicide, we all know that it is a double edge sword, we don't know when we are going to win or lose, but surely we suffer from losing most of the time. So realization is important if you don't want to lose all of the things you have in life in gambling, it's not just worth it.

In fact it is depending on you and your gambling strategies, because i can see a lot of people who are playing gambling regularly for years, but they have a limit and strategy for gambling. So if a person is playing gambling with some good strategy and planning and if he has some good limit for playing gambling then he can play gambling forever.
