need ATH the end of this year when the beta platform will be on ligne and people test it but we need some marketing and new listening like binance to be sure that utk will be disponible for majority and have a good volume . 
Don't claim for Binance till 0,7 at least. At that point, Binance listing would multiply x3 to 2$

no, if token perspective, whale will dump first to take utk from weak hands. binance is good tool for that.
