If sharding and plasma were coming out now and not two plus years from now, big maybe. But since they are not and current conditions, nope.
But Black Swans do exist.
Of course no feasibility because ETH cannot rise so high. We have a down market right now and the price for ETH is low which is an incentive for the investors in the current market.
Having said that, it is desirable to invest in the crypto right now and the value will rise as high as $2000 till the start of December or might even cross the value. But the ETH crossing $15000 is an over estimated value and I do not see it happening.
