From my perspective i think in recent times market is recovered. Because some months ago market was not stable. That time investors are feel afraid for invest in this market. I think market will more recovered after some days.
that I see yes now the market has started to recover and so now we just wait for altcoin and bitcoin prices back and if it is back we can sell altcoin that we already hold and can get a good profit because with the decline that is now a lot the person holding and waiting for the altcoin back
