The Tokenpay whitepaper is saying when the new (tokenpay) efin.com exchange opens up

if anyone staking tokenpay on their desktop wallets will get 20 efin tokens per 1 tpay held for the 1st month and then 10 efin per tpay for the next 11 months. This also goes for litecoin and verge coins held (but Im not sure how yet they will get efin allocated to them holders.
