Yup, this is exactly true. And this isost probably because of jobs not being known by lots of job seekers or not advertised/spreaded out enough for qualified jobseekers to even know of. And companies cannot even go and just accept random people that are not qualified or lack skills needed for the vacancies. Plus you have to add up the long process of verifying the documents submitted by the job seekers and identifying how real it is. Good thing comoanies don't have to go through all these hassle anymore because trust logics is here.
