I don't have access to the CN7 build so I do not know at what clock speed it would become power-limited.  I will say that as a general rule, going from 0.74V to 0.95V you can increase clock speed by 30%-- assuming you don't exceed the 190A current limit on the VCU1525.

Regarding the Bittware group order, they are still looking for the right partners to organize the group order.  I would like to get in on the order as well.
