We need more clarification under that heading regarding what is allowed under that heading. If even jokes are not allowed, that will make this place quite boring.
Jokes are allowed, but they're scarce here since very few people can string the appropriate sentences together with enough skill to pull off something humorous. Even fewer people would even catch something funny.
