What does that answer? The 3 minutes block time persisted from Helium Hydra, which every other CN coin got it correctly, through the Golang version which you, no changes were ever made there till Atlantis starting block height 95551, and you knew about that issue since Feb, as shown in screenshots
After Atlantis, also as shown in screenshots, you knew the network is generating 14% more emissions and 21% more blocks than intended, while Topoheight to Height difference is way larger than your expected 10-15%, and as you say ALL IS VERIFIABLE yet you ignore every talk of it and brag about other things, that you are still promising to release code for it, which brings me to the following:

To refresh your memory, and I intentionally snipped as well as linked, you have been promising code then delaying since March, days after the release of Golang version.. Not the version that's currently on github (derosuite), the privately written version that you are taking the focus away from it for unknown reasons...
Time over time you promised to release code, and every single time you delay.. Even on Atlantis you told us to tell everyone that it's going to be out after mainnet, then you said you want to give access to cryptographers only but refused every single person who came forward, many who are more experienced than you, also for yet unknown reasons... Then now you promise some devs private access to code, which I have no idea if you will go through with it, conspire with someone to say they did have access, or (most likely) just delay as usual also for unknown reasons..

Since I've been asked several times recently about Bittrex specifically. I made a point to email exchanges I applied DERO to and I gave them a very detailed explanation about the recent problems DERO has had due directly to Captain and his actions, and that included all of our information, proofs, and so on.
This included Bittrex who take community matters very very seriously.

For first four months dero network was running on Monero Helium-Hydra code fork, it is opensource and still on github https://github.com/deroproject/dero
DERO network was running good with opensource Monero code till there was attack on several CryptoNote networks. By that time we had partially written Golang code and few of the nodes were migrated to new dero GOLANG code and those nodes were secure and protected from time-warp attacks and thousands of block were mined in few hours but DERO new Golang code refused to accept those blocks. In hurry we migrated all nodes on Golang code. DERO exchanges were down for long as we didn't have any rpc-interface written in Golang-code due to emergency migration .
Till then we already realized its impossible to stop 51% and double attacks with existing blockchain technology. So we decided and wrote Atlantis with DERO DAG.
