Hi, is it showing on your dashboard at the website of viabtc?

I have used the following settings and it is not showing:

URL : stratum+tcp://ethereum.viabtc.com:3333
User:
Password:

What could i be doing wrong?

The miner is showing it is hashing, but nothing is updating on the viabtc website.

Password: i left it blank

I tried doing that, but I don't know why it is adding random numbers at the end. For example the user is #.00534A2A05AA where as i have just put . For example, i have put lokesh, and it is displaying as #lokesh.00534A2A05AA and also, still not working on the website.
