Sure, but I think he is the one who wrote the code for the merit system as it is not part of the standard SMF functions, so then he can actually do this.
I'm note sure about the activity, tho.
My guess is theymos wrote the code (or hired anyone) for "activity" too coz on the default SMF there are no such feature like "activity", it has only "posts".I'm note sure about the activity, tho.
