I think so. at the beginning of ICO, many people believe them so much and invest with all things they have. But after losing sometimes, they have more experience and maybe, they are smarter
Probably it is not a question of experience. If people will not believe that government is able to protect them from the scam, people will understand that if you not smart, you will be scammed.
I think if we are talking about the ico, then I am sure that before the investor invests their money, they need to know everything about the project so they can invest with safety. and this is why that crypto will make people smarter because between the ico and the crypto, it is related and cannot separate and if people cannot learn anything then their chance to get scam is big and they cannot make any profit when the ico is finished. I think the ico itself is not a scam and I am sure that there are any of ico that still worth to invest but we need to find out the good ico by reading all about them so we can invest with their project.
