One more question just to be clear: in the announcement you said "January the 1st @ Midinight GMT-5", do you mean the midnight between December 31st and January the 1st, right ? (I'm asking this because - being fiscal - Midnight could be the 24:00 of the 1st and so the 00:00 of the 2nd of January and not the 00:00 of January the 1st as I image you planned the start of operations).
