What is trolling? Of course, being completely unpolite, uneducated, pointless, to insult others, to go into a thread and break the discussion by posting nonsenses, menaces or insults to the posters... et al.
It is not so difficult to detect a troll, for it is an attitude towards others and the forum itself, it doesn't happen in just one thread (everyone can troll once or twice in his life), but this is a daily issue, a daily attitude.
So, if the rules are not going to be implemented, then erase them.
