Ya. They will not need to pay recruitment agencies in this way because they can be hired through peers. They can work in their own prefered time, locations and job. I would love to be an independent service provider. I can be a freelancer accepting as much job as I want if I have a good trust ratings and a verified data.

Who doesnt want to be a freelancer? I like that kind of job too. You only have one boss, and you can work independently and freely. You know sometimes, doing it alone, let out the best in you, so those who prefer free lancer job, this is a nice opportunity. You have only one boss, let's rephrase it. You are the boss! Freelancer is one best job though there are some people that does not consider as a job but for me, it is. If we are earning an income on a certain task that we do, I think it is a job. However, freelance is self-employed.

Yet freelance is a good way of income, I think I still pursue the field that I took. Using trustlogics, for sure it will help me to enter easily to the job that I want.
