Nope. Look at coinmarketcap - https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/ , there some projects which are have even -20%, coz many people sell some altcoins to buy BTC, coz now BTC is very going up. This is beginning of bull market
After a big market correction, many of the coins and tokens don't recover. Seems that Universa is one of them. This price fall and also the low trade volume is proving this.
