Nope. Look at coinmarketcap - https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/ , there some projects which are have even -20%, coz many people sell some altcoins to buy BTC, coz now BTC is very going up. This is beginning of bull market Smiley
I do not agree that this is the beginning of the bull market. This is the usual growth under the influence of manipulation, and soon the growth will be replaced by another fall.
