does anyone know if I'm missing the airdrops because I'm holding my tokens in an ERC-20 wallet? it is registered.
The new airdrops are going to your EOS account. When you registered your ERC-20 tokens you should have received a new EOS public and private key pair. The EOS public key starts with 'EOS......'.
Try inputting your EOS PUBLIC key into a EOS block explorere like:
https://eostracker.iohttps://eosflare.io/and you should see the air-dropped tokens. Hope this helps.
