It seems that the coin is abandoned. Like a bench. Developers vpadlu put in order the manual for the launch of the masternode. On the official website are for 1000 coins, actually the 3000 necessary.
I dunno which coin's website you've seen, but ultranatum.org displays: Collateral: 3000 Ultra
