I think if btc able to back to its "ALL TIME HIGH" then nothing is impossible with NEO to be in $200 . Market is doing good right now and it's very good to know that other crypto was pull by BTC price increase .

Time is all needed, we need to wait only for the time when bitcoin establish a new good support before going to attain its new highs. Neo is a solid chinese coin which has been a lot of support but i am more bullish with $150 and probably $200 by 2019.
