Not necessary, it's possible to send exactly 15000 coins from an exchange with 1 transaction, that results in the output needed for the masternode

ahhhhh ok.. Tho dont the exchanges have a tiny tx fee to send?? its been while scene I had to set up any toads or send to or from any exchanges.

But still it's possible to withdraw the precise amount of coins from the exchanges
