Actually, I don't agree with the fact that you don't respond to your emails. You started out so well! What happened? Why the sudden change? I use to be your happy client until you upgraded your website and ignored all my emails for guidance to withdraw my Tezos tokens. I just saw the tokens in HitBTC even though I had not provided you with my account details. This is impressive. However, please communicate to clients. I never received the said email you are talking about but fortunately, I received my token.
