Same issue, stuck on 16 blocks.
Tried deleting the block data and restarted.
Added nodes in config file and added in correct folder.
Added nodes in config file and pointed aiblocks.exe to the file.
Nothing worked.

This project looks so good, want to start mining it 
Well then it seems that there's a problem on our end with our seed nodes.
We will try to get this handled as soon as possible, thanks for your patience everyone.
