I see bulls but no running, a gentle amble is more like they are acting     The main deal is the negative trend has not confirmed itself, this is leading to shorts but also just negative sellers to be forestalled.   
This in turn helps create a more positive atmosphere for buying to return in speculation.     There is also the fundamental view to consider with the population of bitcoin rising or not and general usage.    There is no real need to be negative so long as utility in Bitcoin is improving imho
