Not sure I understand what you mean by "functional", but if you mean a working platform, then yes; their app is already working and it can be downloaded on google play and app store. Its work is to provide a reliable protocol for event ticketing and stop problems like ticket fraud, long ticket lines, expensive black market tickets, fake tickets and so on...

It targets a huge multi-billion dollars market which involves concerts, conferences, sport events and basically everything that uses tickets. Any event that uses blockparty could mean an untold number of tokens bought by participants.

The price is very low right now (less than $0.5), and it's only on bancor and cryptopia right now. A little hard to buy decent amounts yet.

About the future, I'm still investigating myself. But if what I've heard is right it could be a coin with huge potential on its very early days. Experienced crypto traders know what that means.
